Which is better, Hunan Chemical and Pharmaceutical Design Institute Co., Ltd. or Changling Refining & Chemicals Yueyang Design Co., Ltd.? The salary benefits are similar. The previous one was a state-owned enterprise, but it was under a labor dispatch contract with five social insurances and one housing fund. It says seven insurances and two funds later on, but I’m not sure what exactly they are. The original poster had a poor resume and wanted to do well in a design institute. I hope the experts can give some advice.

Special care must be taken when using labor dispatch services, as the chemical industry is currently in a very poor state. Layoffs first affect migrant workers. But from the perspective of career development, Changsha is definitely better. I just don’t know how old you are; are you still able to take risks?
Although the Yueyang Design Institute of Changling Refining & Chemical is a design institute that has undergone restructuring, it still relies on Sinopec Group and Changling Refinery; it receives a considerable number of guaranteed design contracts each year. The institute has several distinctive design projects for key refining units that it can pursue.
The work is more or less the same, and the salary is roughly equivalent. Who knows whether one company will be better or worse tomorrow or the day after that? Who can tell who’s a scumbag? Even Deputy Director Liu didn’t know that he was going to be labeled as a traitor, a spy, and a thief, right? As long as things are comfortable at the moment, then it’s a good place to work. Or, let fate take its course – just draw lots and decide! :lol
