If one only works blindly, then working hard may lead to more mistakes. In such cases, the likelihood of being punished by the company is higher. On the other hand, working hard to achieve good results means putting in more effort than others, utilizing different means of work to gain experience, learning from it, and improving oneself, thereby achieving qualitative progress and obtaining more rewards.
