Treatment of coking in the oil circuit of the compressor cooler: Use the water pump circulation cleaning method: 1. Use water at a temperature of around 50 degrees, and prepare a solution by mixing it in a ratio of 20L:0.5L； 2. Connect the water pump and cooler using appropriate fittings and hoses to form a circulation system ； Note: The water outlet pipe of the water pump is connected to the oil outlet of the cooler! 3. Determine the cleaning time and the frequency of replacing the solution based on the degree of coking and the actual condition. 4. After cleaning, run the main unit for 2–4 hours and then replace it with new oil. This cleaning method requires no disassembly of the cooler, resulting in low labor intensity. Tip: Since the solution is a chemical solvent, please pay attention to the usage method!
