Worth a night shift, just a stupid day the next day

After working the shift, one doesn’t rest on the following day but continues to work; one feels dizzy and confused, and is in a daze all day long:curse::curse:
Working the night shift followed by the day shift is extremely exhausting. Production is busy; sometimes there’s nothing that can be done!
How can this be? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
Day and night – how is it possible to work in such a condition?
Be careful, have a cup of coffee to boost your energy.
One night without sleep cannot be made up for in ten nights. Your health is important.
Get plenty of rest; your health is the foundation for everything. Money can only be spent when there is an order to do so. :lol
