1. Magnetic flux gate level gauges must not have any magnetic materials in their vicinity; it is prohibited to use wires for fixing them, as this can affect the proper operation of the gauge; 2. If the user installs a heat tracing pipeline on their own, non-magnetic materials must be used, such as copper tubes. The installation location of the magnetic flap level gauge should be away from or distinct from the inlets and outlets of the material flow, in order to avoid rapid changes in the local conditions of the material fluid that could affect the accuracy of level measurement ; 11. When equipped with remote transmission accessories, the following requirements must be met: a) The remote transmission accessories should be placed closely against the main pipe of the level gauge and secured using stainless steel clamps (iron clamps are prohibited) ; b) The sensing surface of the remote control auxiliary instrument should face and be in close contact with the main pipe ; c) The zero point of the remote control auxiliary instruments should be on the same horizontal line as the zero indication of the level gauge ; d) The wiring between the remote transmission auxiliary instruments and the display instruments or industrial computers should preferably be laid in protective tubes separately or using shielded two-core cables ; e) After the wiring holes in the magnetic flap level gauge junction box are installed, they must be properly sealed to prevent rainwater, moisture, and other elements from entering and causing the remote monitoring instruments to fail to function properly.
