How to avoid simple mistakes at work

Yesterday, a user reported that an item was missing from our product, and we passed this feedback on to our quality team. A few leaders went to a meeting today; I don’t know if there were any results. In my opinion, such problems stem from process issues as well as responsibility issues. Responsibilities need to be clear.

The files are updated daily, flawlessly! ! ! ! !
If one examines the materials in detail, it should be possible to notice.
Many systems are well-designed, but they remain superficial; only by actually putting them into operation can risks be reduced
