Delicacies from memory---Crispy cakes

When I was just learning to remember things, I recall that our family grew sesame seeds. They would take me to the field in a cart to crack the seeds, and once they were cracked, they would use them to make flatbreads for me. As a child, I wasn’t allowed to eat regular food; these flatbreads were meant to aid digestion. So as soon as the sesame was harvested, grandma and mom remembered to make burnt cakes for me to eat.
What wonderful memories; I’m envious. :)
It’s a delicious dish, bought from the market; it can’t compare to one made at home, as it doesn’t have the same flavor.
The taste in my memory is my mother’s taste
