What is the use of the waste catalyst produced by the reactivation device? Can it be recycled?
Demetallized material is reused in cement production, but its heavy metal content is too high, and the radiation levels may not meet the standards
Removal of heavy metals for reuse; however, apart from use in industrial applications, it is treated as waste and landfilled.
It is better to have it recycled by the catalyst manufacturers.
Companies that recycle heavy precious metals from catalysts
It should be possible to recycle it; there are users on our forum who deal with this. The specific uses are not clear. :handshake
If it’s a spent reforming catalyst, we sell it here for 500,000 yuan per ton for recycling!
The heavy metals it contains are highly harmful to humans and animals; it is best to have it treated by a catalyst company before being used for road construction.
Our company specializes in the recycling of reforming catalysts; you can contact me for details. ly_138@tom.com
Those who are shouting about recycling should realize that it is a catalyst for acceleration, not a reforming catalyst. The catalyst used for reactivation is waste molecular sieve, which is of little use; the metals remaining on it are not precious metals either, so they have no value for recycling. If it has to be recycled, it might work as potting soil for growing flowers, as it should have good water- and nutrient-retaining capabilities.
