It may be that the inlet pressure is too high. If such a high pressure is not necessary for subsequent processes, the head of P-154 can be reduced and E-153 will not scale.
Our E153 is very good and has never been missed. I guess there is something wrong with the processing of the original poster's E153. How can a tube-and-tube heat exchanger leak easily?
Is it caused by the salt water crystallizing in the filter, causing the heating temperature to be unstable and the steam temperature to be too high?
If E-153 is a tube type, if it leaks, there may be a problem with the gasket and installation. If it is a plate type, there may be a problem with the gasket quality or installation accuracy.
Our company's process is P154 - E153 - T160 - D170. The outlet pressure of the pump is about 6 kg. It has been running for more than two years and there is no leakage in E153. :victory:
