I’m not sure which coking plant currently uses solvent dephenolization to treat residual ammonia water and wastewater from further processing. I’ve reviewed the design plans for many projects, but none of them include solvent dephenolization units. Does that mean wastewater containing phenols doesn’t need to be treated?
