Can Aspen,Pro/II be used to simulate activated carbon adsorption?

Activated carbon absorbs organic compounds in exhaust gases, mainly toluene, ethyl acetate, butane, and isopropanol. Can this adsorption process be simulated? Can it be simulated if desorption is carried out using steam?
Well, if one really wants to simulate it, that’s possible as well, but it doesn’t have much practical meaning
It would be great to be able to simulate it; if I want to change a certain parameter (temperature, pressure, wind speed, etc.), I can simply run a simulation to see what the adsorption results will be.
Can Aspen simulate adsorption unit operations? If possible, it can be explored further.

Information on the types of activated carbon, their properties, and their selectivity for impurities must be obtained through experiments. If such data is available and can be imported into the Aspen database, it should be possible to use it. If import is not possible, the experimental data related to activated carbon can be fitted and then used for modeling and calculation in Matlab.
