/What are the design requirements for mesh packing towers? There are no standards for the design of internal components in ordinary packed towers either! For the CY700 packing, the data indicates that the theoretical number of plates is 6–10 plates per meter; therefore, shouldn’t the plate height be between 0.1–0.166667 meters? Could the actual process be different? If my number of theoretical plates is 24, then isn’t the packing layer height 24×0.16667=4m!
Filler calculation and tray conversion are part of process calculation issues!
It depends on the requirements your product has for the equipment – what level of purity is needed, how much feed is required, and whether the equipment meets those requirements
How dare you use it without leaving any margin? Add 30% more, okay?

For a filler like CY700, “6-10 pieces per meter” is possible, “6-15 pieces per meter” is also possible, and “2-4 pieces per meter” is also an industrial reality; it depends on the specific manufacturing process ; 2. Whether some people like to hear it or not, I’ll repeat it: the well-known foreign software available today is unable to calculate this HETP correctly, and its performance is extremely poor. Only China’s PCPC software can accurately calculate HETP ; 3. As for Springflower’s opinion, it has no basis and must not be accepted: if the base value is absurd, what meaning does a 30% margin have? Key point: What is stated in the materials as “6–10 yuan per M” generally refers to experimental data for the H2O+NH3 system; be sure to clarify this concept.

Reply to 5# wiseboy: It’s hard to say. Why do you keep putting others down and trying to boost your own image? Your software isn’t necessarily that good either – well-known foreign software doesn’t run ads nor does it need any promotion. If users say it’s good, then it’s really good. I’ve used your XX-calculation software as well, and it’s not that great. Most design firms use foreign software, or they do the calculations manually. Software merely hides the computation process. For real software, does it have its own calculation models and patents? Does it have its own database? Without a convincing and detailed calculation process, the design institute won’t dare to use it either.

Also, your users are probably accustomed to referring to those on Version D; the legitimate users may not inform you of this. It’s not just that you “might not” get to know about it – in fact, you won’t know at all because you don’t have the permission.
