May I ask: how much does it cost to invest in a relatively advanced 200,000 tons per year polymer drying and packaging production facility (including freezing)? 70m3 polymerization reactor, DCS control; drying and sedimentation process also under DCS control; automatic packaging and stacking. Please give an approximate cost, thank you!
If possible, please list aggregation, drying, packaging, freezing, cooling towers, etc., separately. Thank you!

:Lol, the prices vary greatly. I agree with what the guy above said – reactors with a capacity of over 100 cubic meters are what I recommend. In China, there are two companies that are quite experienced in this area: Tianjin Bohai Design Institute and Beijing Huaer Second Design Institute. The Bohai Design Institute relies on improved Japanese technology, while Beijing Huashi No.2 uses improved European technology – each has its own advantages.
I know the price of automatic packaging machines. With 2 fully automated packaging lines (600–800 bags per hour), domestic lines (we use those from Harbin Boshi Company) cost around 6 million yuan in 2006, while imported lines (such as those from Japan’s Niurong) cost around 8 million yuan; the prices are likely higher now.
The automatic packaging line already includes an automatic palletizing device.
“What does “relatively advanced” mean? Does it refer to the introduction of technology? The patent fees are likely to be in the tens of millions of RMB. What form is used for drying?
