For general distillation trays, what is the maximum opening ratio of the trays? Where did this data come from?
It depends on the gas load~~~~ Structurally, the maximum value can reach over 20, but in terms of the manufacturing process, there is no attempt to pursue this maximum value blindly. Because the largest isn’t necessarily the best.
It’s generally around 20%; it’s best to get this figure from the process engineers
