Currently, what manufacturers produce air coolers used for cooling fertilizers, in conjunction with fluidized bed or high-tower granulation processes? In particular, those with proven experience in fertilizer production – please provide some information on them. Thank you
Air dehumidification seems to be used little in fertilizer production; firstly, the investment required is high, and secondly, the operation time is limited to only 2–3 months per year. There are three types of traditional air-cooled dehumidification methods: ammonia cooling, evaporative air cooling, and refrigerant-based methods (such as Freon and lithium bromide)
In my opinion, Nanjing Wuzhou Refrigeration seems to be quite capable, but its prices are the highest. Other smaller manufacturers can also carry out such work at lower prices; however, the quality and performance might be somewhat inferior........................
