It’s true what they say, but these are all devices that imitate others’. For example, some design institute uses imitation equipment just to show off. You must believe it even if you can’t do this. To truly design a set of equipment, it takes eight to ten years even for small and medium-scale industrialization processes to be completed, and even when it’s finished, the name of the actual designer may not be credited.
For technologies used in the petrochemical industry, those who are willing to be the first to try them out should look to private enterprises. Analyze all possible scenarios thoroughly. State-owned enterprise leaders generally don’t need to take risks; having strong connections is another matter altogether!
