Catalyst R&D Engineer (1 position) Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for research and development of catalysts for gasification (alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, transition metals) as well as catalyst recovery; develop experimental plans and carry them out； 2. Responsible for catalyst preparation and performance evaluation, analysis and characterization of catalyst samples, research on the reaction mechanisms of catalysts, elucidation of the reaction pathways at the mechanistic level, and improvement of catalytic systems ； 3. Responsible for the improvement of existing catalysts and the development of new catalysts ； Optimization of the catalyst scale-up process, in close collaboration with process engineers, to select an appropriate catalyst system based on process requirements ； 4. Provide technical support for the stable operation of the catalyst section in thousand-ton-class demonstration projects, as well as carry out related research and development work. Job requirements: 1. A doctoral degree or higher, in fields such as catalysis, materials science, physical chemistry, etc., with 3–5 years of work experience. Those with experience in gasification catalyst development are preferred ； 2. Proficient in the preparation, evaluation, and characterization of catalysts; has in-depth knowledge of catalytic reaction mechanisms, and possesses the ability to undertake catalyst development work independently ； 3. Possesses strong planning and problem-solving skills, keeps track of technological developments in the field, and has a good sense of innovation ； 4.
