The export control index of my hydrogen production unit is 700~720, and after passing through the waste boiler, it is still close to 400. As a result, the medium-change reactor is overheated and cannot increase the capacity. It is usually at 80% of the processing capacity. The temperature control valve of the waste boiler has been closed (it has never been opened). I want to ask experts: is it because the waste boiler has less heat exchange, or is there a problem with the water, scaling, and what are the other reasons?
Is it possible that a methanation reaction occurred at the outlet of the waste pot? By raising and lowering the reformer outlet temperature, and observing the waste boiler outlet temperature while keeping the load constant, if there is a decrease or increase, it can be judged that a methanation reaction has occurred. By inhibiting this reaction, the outlet temperature of the waste pot can be controlled.
It may be that the heat exchange is not enough, which is related to the design and efficiency of the waste pot, etc. However, ask: Does the medium transformer require a temperature of 400 degrees?
Have you had this problem since you started construction or did it just appear now? If this problem persists, there may be a problem in the design. It may be due to scaling. Increase the sewage discharge and see if it can be restored? Do you always analyze your water phosphate and steam conductivity? During this operation, we must pay attention to water quality, and do a good job in dosing and sewage discharge. It is unlikely that methanation will occur.

Another strange phenomenon occurred: the device had a power outage a few days ago. After the treatment was normal, it was found that the inlet temperature of the medium transformer was about 30 degrees lower, and is now about 366 degrees. This is close to the design temperature. Why is it suddenly 30 degrees lower???
It is estimated that there is a problem with your waste pot. Our conversion exit is 780~800, and after passing through the waste pot, it enters the medium transformation at 350. It is recommended to dismantle and inspect it during maintenance.
Why does this happen? Is there something wrong with the thermocouple?
Don’t you know what the steam pressure of the waste boiler is? This has a lot to do with steam production pressure. Also, has this phenomenon occurred recently or has it always been present? Analyze it and provide treatment suggestions: 1. Thermocouple measurement problem. This is easier to judge, just proofread it. It can also be used as a reference with the upper temperature of the medium variable. The inlet temperature and the upper temperature should be close to determine whether there is a thermocouple problem. deal with: Replace the thermocouple 2. The heat exchange effect is not good and scaling occurs. Scaling does not appear in a day or two. Judging from the temperature analysis, it should be a slowly rising trend. deal with: Dosing 3. Temperature regulating valve failure. The valve core is stuck, and when adjusting the valve opening, the temperature basically does not change. Judging from the temperature, it should have risen suddenly. deal with: Repair the valve or stop work and replace the valve.
There may be many situations. It is recommended that you check the table first. If there is no problem, then check to see if there is something wrong with the waste pot.
