Generally, the three inspections and four determinations need to be carried out several times, taking 1 to 2 months.
It’s about checking the last terms, over and over again; usually 3-5 checks are needed to eliminate them all. Gaskets, bolts, pipe supports, valves, and so on – it generally depends on the construction team. With a high-quality team, you’ll need to check less often; with a low-quality team, there will be losses and theft, so you’d better prepare to buy another pair of shoes. I think the process of three inspections and four confirmations is inherently a tedious task; it’s impossible to complete it all in one go. As for reducing repetitive work, it’s necessary to analyze each situation on its own. For example, certain steps that need to be carried out before a hydrostatic test may not have any impact after the test is completed, in which case the review of those steps can be reduced later. Quality and safety require repeated inspections and checks in order to be ensured properly
The three inspections and four determinations are a precursor to starting work; no matter how much effort is required at this stage, it is worth it. It is the last chance to rectify issues, and if care is not taken at this time, mistakes will arise once work begins

There’s no need for that; here we follow the three inspections and four confirmations process, and we’ve never seen design involvement in it. It’s a joint inspection carried out by four parties: the construction party, the general contractor, the supervisor, and the owner. If any issues are found, bring them up to the design team!
