At the 2019 National Awards Ceremony for Outstanding Female Workers and Collectives, which concluded not long ago, the bridge-type electric crane team at Jinzhou Petrochemical Company’s coking plant was awarded the title of “National May 1st Women’s Model Team.” It is the only team in Jinzhou to receive this honor. 　　The bridge-type electric crane team is composed of 19 female workers who are responsible for tasks such as removing coke from the coke towers, loading petroleum coke, cleaning the coke channels, and removing coke sludge; they are known as the \"women in the air\". 　　Women workers at the crane posts not only possess strong individual capabilities but also a sense of teamwork when working together. When cleaning the coke channel, three cranes are needed to work simultaneously to clean it together. Time and again, they have completed this task efficiently thanks to their excellent technical skills and high level of coordination, thus ensuring the smooth completion of the coke removal process. 　　Over the years, the female workers at the crane post have honed their skills, developing exceptional proficiency in terms of stability, accuracy, and quality. Stability means smooth lifting and operation ； Accuracy means that the coke is placed in the correct position, without the slightest error ； Okay, it’s clean and efficient; tasks are never done half-heartedly. In the workshop performance evaluations, the vehicles they assembled were not only free from excess weight or insufficient quantity, but also very smooth, with a pass rate of over 98%. 　　For many consecutive years, the Crane Post has been awarded the title of “Model Post for Female Employees Making Contributions” by Jinzhou Petrochemical Company. It has also received honors such as “Jinzhou City Women’s Model Post” and “Top 10 Women’s Model Posts in Liaoning Province”.
