It depends on what type of leader they are
It has something to do with the work environment; for technical positions, strong technical skills are generally required, along with a high level of intelligence, while emotional intelligence is considered sufficient； For management positions, it’s best to have high emotional intelligence as well; otherwise, subordinates won’t obey and supervisors won’t like you ； For positions that require dealing with clients, both internal and external, emotional intelligence is of paramount importance; intellectual ability is only a basic requirement
