Friends, do you all get overtime pay for working overtime? If so, how is it calculated?
I’ve never seen any overtime pay for working overtime! Obligatory!
Yes, I agree with the view from the first floor – one needs to have a certain mindset; working overtime is obligatory
It seems there are quite a few people in our field who have to work overtime, haha. Our company does offer overtime pay, but it’s not much – only 20 yuan per hour. I’m curious to know how it is for others; feel free to share your experiences
It seems like I’ve never received overtime pay; I’ve been working for 12 years now. :'( :'( :'(
We still have to work after finishing our shifts; all of this isn’t counted as part of our workload. I don’t dare hope for a higher salary from my employer.
We’ve always had to work overtime voluntarily; it’s completely unreasonable.
Yeah, working overtime is mandatory; there’s no overtime pay at all! ! !
It’s money earned through hard work. Leaders don’t care about the hardships of the common people; no leader would set such high amounts for these expenses. It’s a matter of profit distribution – if more goes to you, less goes to them.
Most bonuses are awarded on a project basis. :victory:
You don’t have to work overtime, as long as you can finish the work at hand. But generally, it can’t be finished. So working overtime is also “voluntary”
