Qualifications: 1. A bachelor’s degree or higher, with a graduation in chemical engineering and technology or a related field in chemistry ； 2. At least one year of work experience in petrochemical plant technology and production; experience in technical services is a plus ； 3. Possess certain knowledge of ethylene derivative products and the industry; experience with ethylene glycol is preferred ； 4. Prior experience in process design and skills in chemical engineering theoretical calculations are preferred ； 5. Good interpersonal communication skills, a team spirit, and the ability to communicate and collaborate with clients ； 6. Good learning ability, the capacity to handle stress, timely completion of tasks, and adaptability to frequent business trips ； 7. Proficient in using computer office software, with certain skills in English listening, speaking, and writing. II. Job Responsibilities: 1. Strictly implement the company’s established policies and personnel management procedures, as well as various regulations related to SHE, production, and other areas ； 2. Collaborate with the production unit on process adjustments and improvements, as well as the design, procurement/coordination of production renovation projects ； 3. Responsible for organizing documents related to ethylene glycol, and providing such documents to customers in a timely manner ； 4. Responsible for answering customers’ questions regarding ethylene glycol after sales, providing technical solutions, and improving customer satisfaction ； 5. Visit customers to investigate and gather evidence regarding complaints and grievances, guide them on how to use the products with remaining issues, and provide suggestions for handling such complaints and grievances ； 6. Responsible for providing relevant technical guidance and reference opinions on technical matters to departments such as sales and procurement ； 7. Work closely with production and sales teams to drive new market development ； 8. Stay informed about the technological trends and advancements in the industry to provide relevant information for corporate decision-making ； 9. Collect product information through various channels, analyze our competitors’ products, understand the strengths and weaknesses of our own products, and strive for improvements ； 10. Responsible for providing training on products and technologies to relevant internal personnel ； 11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
