Today’s weight is 71.65 Kg, the same as the last measurement. I ate quite a lot at a colleague’s place yesterday, and I had a large breakfast as well today. I guess I’ve lost a little weight. We’ll weigh it again at noon.
A weight variation of plus or minus 5% is normal, right?
