Brown corundum counter-roller sand is produced by a counter-roller machine production line. Its bulk density is lower than that of ball-milled plastic sand. The above three types of sands all possess characteristics such as high density, high purity, dense texture, strong self-sharpening ability, good toughness, and low magnetic content. Grinding tools made from these sands exhibit strong grinding force, less material adhesion, and a low heat generation rate during grinding operations. Sintered grinding tools, after firing, feature a deep blue color, no network-like cracks, and no rust spots. Suitable for industries such as ceramics, resin-bonded abrasives, grinding, and polishing.
