Minor questions regarding the HG/T21574-2018 lug standard

Recently, while drawing, I noticed some issues with the new version of the lugs standard HG/T21574-2018; it’s not possible to draw the lugs using the standard data provided in it. As shown in the figure, Figure 1 shows the size of the backing plate obtained when drawing at a 1:1 scale, which is 240. Figures 2 and 3 show the standard specified value, which is only 220. Could everyone please help me check whether I made a mistake in drawing or if there’s an issue with the standard.
There are indeed problems with this 2018 version of the standard; when drawing at a 1:1 scale, many lugs cannot be represented, and it hasn’t been revised or corrected yet – which is really strange.
