Equipment supervisor: Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the overall management of all the company’s equipment. 2. Responsible for organizing training for equipment operators and maintenance staff. 3. Responsible for organizing the preparation of equipment operation procedures and maintenance repair procedures. 4. Implement the **policies, guidelines, and regulations regarding equipment management** ； Formulate the company’s equipment management system. 5. Learn and promote advanced equipment management practices to improve the level of equipment management. 6. Responsible for organizing the preparation and implementation of major, medium, and minor equipment maintenance plans to ensure safe maintenance work. 7. Organize maintenance personnel to conduct regular inspections of the equipment on a daily basis, address any issues found promptly, and keep proper records of these inspections. 8. Responsible for ensuring the safe and stable operation of all company equipment; conducting regular inspections, addressing any issues detected at an early stage to prevent equipment failures, and making every effort to reduce the rate of equipment failures in order to maintain normal production operations. 9. Be responsible for the proper storage and use of equipment, tools, and materials in connection with maintenance work and various welding tasks, to ensure that no equipment accidents or injuries occur ； 10.
