Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the proper operation of pilot and/or scale-up testing equipment, and keeping corresponding records ； 2. Detect and address any abnormalities that occur during experiments in a timely manner, and promptly follow up by providing reasonable suggestions or optimization measures ； 3. Participate in the preparation of operating procedures for pilot and/or pilot-scale plants, process risk analysis, and the drafting of related documents ； 4. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of process equipment and utility facilities to ensure they remain in good condition ； 5. Adapt to a flexible working schedule as required by project needs or direct supervisors. Job requirements: 1. A college degree or above, majoring in organic chemistry, materials science, or chemical engineering and technology; the educational requirement may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates ； 2. At least 3 years of experience in the production and operation of experimental plants (including pilot and scale-up plants) or fine chemical plants, with familiarity with basic chemical processing operations ； 3. Possesses excellent execution skills, good communication abilities, and a strong sense of responsibility ； 4. Proficient in office software including Word and Excel.
