Job Positions (1) Mechanical Structure Engineer (1) Job Responsibilities: 1. Design the mechanical structure required for the measurement and control system in accordance with process requirements ； Use 2D and 3D design software for the mechanical structure design of products, simulation, material selection, and optimization of product structures ； 2. Decompose the mechanical structure of the measurement and control system, formulate individual task specifications, carry out overall design and component design, monitor the processing of the product’s structure as well as production debugging, system integration, testing and calibration, and address technical issues ； 3. Hardware design of measurement and control equipment products, selection of components, drawing of schematic diagrams and system diagrams, production guidance, installation and debugging, after-sales maintenance, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of products, and optimization ； ； 4. Participate in the research and development of product projects, engage in technical discussions with suppliers, procurement, production, and other relevant personnel, and carry out work related to structural design, purchase lists, and other tasks ； 5. Decompose the indicators of the measurement and control system, formulate individual task specifications, carry out system integration, testing, debugging, and acceptance, as well as identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues ； 3. Collaborate with software engineers on prototype testing and debugging tasks ； 4. Hardware design of measurement and control equipment products, selection of components, drawing of schematic diagrams and system diagrams, production guidance, installation and debugging, after-sales maintenance, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the products, and optimization ； 5. A college degree or above, in related fields such as mechatronic engineering, automatic control, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology and instruments, or communication and electronic information; with a solid theoretical foundation in mechanics and electronics ； 2. Be familiar with the composition of automatic control systems and the principles of classical automatic control, as well as mechanical and electrical principles and structures ； 3. Proficient in using any one of CAD, Pro/E, SOLIDWORKS, UG, etc. to create component designs, assembly drawings, system diagrams, schematic diagrams, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams ； 4. Responsible for the configuration programming or original development of software in PLCs, controllers, and industrial computers/upper-level computers used in measurement and control equipment ； 3. Responsible for the software design, development, integration support, and debugging testing of equipment automation; able to modify and add appropriate functional modules based on actual process requirements, in order to meet customer needs ； 4. Prepare relevant documents required for software development, debugging and testing, software copyright registration, and software updates and maintenance. (2) Job requirements: 1. A college degree or above in fields such as automatic control, measurement and control technology and instruments, communication, electronics, and computer science, as well as related specialties; strong foundations in computer software and measurement control theory; knowledge of data acquisition and control technologies based on industrial PC architectures ； 2.
