How to do it in the summer... fall asleep as soon as you lie down... and sleep without fail. I think about everything from head to toe; all that’s left is to practice through internal visualization. Did I fall asleep at that moment of being detached from everything? Are there any special signs just before falling asleep?
Summer arrives – it’s hot and stuffy at times, hot and humid at other times, and extremely hot at times yet; a gentle breeze brings relief, followed by strong winds and heavy rain, which is truly delightful.
At times of calm, when coolness prevails, the mind becomes restless.
Turn on the air conditioner; it doesn’t seem to be cooling properly. . . .
You’re still not sleepy. Run 5 kilometers before going to bed, then take a shower, and then spend four hours scrolling through boring content on your phone – keep going even if you feel a bit sleepy. Eventually you’ll be extremely tired, and as soon as you lie down in bed, you’ll fall asleep immediately. ;P;P;P
With the air conditioner on in summer, it’s possible to go to bed as soon as you lie down; throughout the year, with a comfortable temperature, one can simply go to bed once lying down
Anyway, I’m the type who’s never short of sleep; I can fall asleep as soon as I lie down. I’ve never suffered from insomnia until midnight, unless I force myself not to sleep
