Notice on the Convening of the 2019 High-End Forum on Environmental Protection Technologies in the Petrochemical and Coal Chemical Industries and the Eighth National Conference on Evaporation and Crystallization Technologies To all relevant parties: In order to promote the application of advanced environmental protection technologies in the petrochemical and coal chemical industries, share experiences in the construction and management of projects related to the treatment and utilization of mine water and coal chemical wastewater in the Ningdong mining area, accelerate the improvement of the technical level of evaporation and crystallization equipment in China, and create a platform for connection between environmental protection project general contractors, owners of advanced technology patents, manufacturers of advanced environmental protection equipment, and coal chemical enterprises, the Supply Chain Working Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, the Evaporation Specialty Group of the Chemical Engineering Professional Committee of the Chinese Chemical Society, and **Energy Group Ningxia Coal Industry Co., Ltd. have decided to jointly host the “2019 High-End Forum on Environmental Protection Technologies in the Petrochemical and Coal Chemical Industries and the Eighth National Conference on Evaporation and Crystallization Technologies”. III. Conference Agenda
1. Special topic on the treatment and utilization of groundwater from Shenhua Ningxia Coal Mines and wastewater from coal chemical industries ； 2. Organize a visit to the projects for the treatment and utilization of mine water and coal chemical wastewater in the Ningdong mining area ； 3. New technologies for evaporation crystallization, comprehensive utilization of mixed salts, treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater, zero liquid discharge, recycling of chemical industry solid waste, and treatment of VOCs and malodorous gases ； 4. Centralized release of technical requirements for petrochemical and coal chemical projects for the 2019-2020 period ； 5. Assessment of qualified suppliers in the environmental protection sector of China’s petrochemical industry and relevant requirements. IV. Participating Enterprises: Heads of environmental protection departments from key enterprises in the petroleum, petrochemical, and coal chemical industries; environmental protection officers from chemical industrial parks; general contractors for environmental protection engineering design; entities holding patents in environmental protection technology; manufacturers of evaporation and crystallization equipment as well as companies producing environmental protection equipment; research institutions and academic organizations, etc. V. Conference Fees: The fee is 3,200 yuan per person, covering conference organization costs, materials, and meals; those who register and make the payment by July 10 will pay 3,000 yuan per person ； 3,000 yuan per person for members of the Supply Chain Working Committee.
