A full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field related to polymer materials; those with experience in emulsion polymerization are preferred. 2. Those with knowledge of organic chemistry and polymer chemical reactions are preferred. 3. The ability to independently design experimental plans and to conduct experiment summaries as well as material characterization analyses. 4. Good teamwork skills and communication abilities. 5. A strong sense of responsibility and dedication, along with the ability to work hard under pressure. 6. A meticulous and careful work attitude. Job responsibilities: 1. Collect product-related technical information and analyze market trends to provide support for decision-making in R&D projects. 2. Propose new technical solutions to address performance shortcomings in products used in commercial applications. 3. Participate in product development and design processes, develop and optimize plans to meet customer requirements. 4. Be responsible for the application development of products at client sites, providing technical support to sales staff. 5. Summarize experiences from product development, continuously improve products, and make design adjustments as needed to enhance product quality
