Job description: (1) Responsible for organizing and implementing the research and development of new products as well as the improvement experiments on existing products； (2) Responsible for handling product quality incidents during the production process ； (3) Responsible for preparing the process documents related to the products under his/her responsibility, as well as testing new raw material samples ； (4) Responsible for market research, technical support, sample production, as well as internal and external communication and coordination for the products under his/her responsibility ； (5) Complete other relevant technical tasks required by the leadership. Qualification requirements: (1) Education: Master’s degree or above (for those with a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of work experience in the coatings industry is required); (2) Major: Chemistry or related fields in polymer science ； (3) Age: No limit ； (4) Work experience: Preference will be given to those with experience in alkyd paint work ； (5) Skill requirements: Active thinking, strong ability to communicate and coordinate with colleagues at various levels, and a good sense of innovation.
