Has your company complied with **’s industrial policies by establishing a dedicated energy management department and conducting actual energy analyses? Do we need to establish it? I personally think we do; please share your opinions!
Our company has a dedicated logistics center responsible for energy procurement!
Although my previous company did not establish an energy management department, it assigned a person to handle these matters, with the relevant department being the Production Technology Department, or rather the Engineering and Technology Department. In companies, the departments change every year, haha – it’s all part of the struggles among the management hierarchy.
We call this the Energy Conservation Office. :lol
Our factory’s energy department was originally under the Ministry of Energy and Environmental Protection, but later came under the jurisdiction of the Production Department. In my opinion, it is better to have it under the Production Department, as one of the key functions of the Production Department is to manage the plant’s utility systems. Water, electricity, gas, and steam all fall under the category of utility systems; therefore, energy management plays a very important role in the factory, and it should be placed under specialized management.
