It depends on what type of flow meter it is There are many types
Vortex street is not required; the rotor is required. Simply put, it’s something that isn’t prone to clogging and thus not necessary, while something that is prone to clogging is necessary.
Installing a secondary wire also facilitates maintenance; what was said upstairs is correct – generally, vortex flow meters do not have a secondary wire
The bypass is used to replace or repair the flow meter without shutting down the equipment; it depends on whether you have such a need.
