Job openings (hired directly by the employer): I. Management positions: 1. Hydrocracking engineer. Requirements: 1) Under 45 years old, with a degree in petrochemical engineering or a related field, and an associate’s degree or above ； 2) At least 8 years of experience in petrochemical production, with over 3 years in management roles, and familiarity with petrochemical production processes ； 3) Possess certain management skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit ； 4) Experience with oil refining projects (units such as catalytic cracking, hydrocracking, catalytic reforming, etc.) ； 5) A professional title at the intermediate level or above is required; those with experience in the production of white oil and base oils are given priority. II. Operational Roles: 1. Sulfur Team Leader: Qualifications: 1) A college degree or above, in a related field such as chemical engineering and technology ； 2) 8 years of experience in the chemical industry, including over 4 years of experience in the operation of sulfur recovery units; familiar with the production processes, equipment characteristics, and operational skills related to sulfur recovery units, as well as capable of handling emergency situations in such units ； 3) Experience in the initial start-up and shutdown of the plant, as well as in major plant overhauls ； 4) Honest, with a positive and proactive attitude towards teamwork, a strong sense of responsibility at work, solid professional knowledge, and the ability to work independently ； 5) Those with experience in utility work are preferred. 2. Internal sulfur operations: Job requirements: 1) Under 40 years old, with a degree in petrochemical engineering or a related field, and at least an associate degree ； 2) At least five years of experience in petrochemical production, with an understanding of the petrochemical production process ； 3) Be familiar with the operating principles and processes of sulfur recovery unit positions ； 4) Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. 3. In-plant Operator for Hydrocracking – Requirements: 1) Graduation in petrochemical production technology, petroleum refining, chemical engineering and technology, or a related field ； 2) Graduated from a junior college or above, with more than 5 years of work experience in petrochemical production, and 3 years of experience in hydrogenation processes ； 3) Familiar with hydrogenation and DCS operations; experience in team management is preferred ； 4) Able to work effectively in collaboration with other positions ； 5) Possesses strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills ； 6) Possesses strong analytical and judgmental skills, as well as the ability to solve problems ； 7) Under 40 years of age; for those who are exceptionally outstanding, the age limit may be relaxed appropriately. 4. Chief Operator for Utility Systems – Requirements: 1) Under 40 years old, with a degree in petrochemical engineering or a related field, and at least an associate degree ； 2) Having worked in petrochemical production for over one year, with an understanding of the petrochemical production process ； 3) Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit ； 4) Experience with demineralized water and wastewater is preferred.
