Job Title: Sewage Treatment Design Manager
Location: Jiading, Shanghai
Salary: Around 25k–35k, to be discussed in detail

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as project manager to carry out the detailed design work for sewage treatment EPC projects, and coordinate the resolution of various issues that arise during the design process across different specialties； 2. Responsible for interface management of the project with owners, contractors, and suppliers ； 3. Participate in tasks such as soliciting quotes for equipment related to the project, overseeing its manufacturing, and conducting inspections upon completion ； 4. As a design manager, responsible for preparing bid quotations and conducting preliminary planning for sewage treatment projects ； 5. As part of the management team, responsible for assigning specific tasks and evaluating the performance of department employees. Qualifications: 1. Proficient in wastewater treatment processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements in the petrochemical and coal chemical industries ； 2. Familiar with the main equipment and operating characteristics of wastewater treatment projects ； 3. A bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields such as environmental protection or chemical engineering; 4. At least 5 years of experience in designing 5 complete wastewater treatment projects for the petrochemical and coal chemical industries ； 5. 2-3 complete project management achievements in wastewater treatment for the petrochemical and coal chemical industries, as the design manager ； 6. Prior experience in a design institute or engineering company is preferred.
