(3) Regularly check the zero point of instruments; metering instruments should be checked at least once a month. (4) The regular inspection cycle for the transmitter is 1 year, or it is synchronized with the maintenance cycle of the production equipment. (5) For pressure transmitters measuring condensed gases or dirty liquids, it is necessary to drain waste regularly and keep the area around the instrument clean. (6) Check that the pressure transmitter’s pressure lead pipes, valves, and connections are leak-free.
