Did you drink alcohol before the physical examination, or do you drink a lot as part of your social activities?
Make some adjustments to bring it down to a certain level, and then recheck it to confirm that this elevation in transaminase levels is not primary and is under control
It might be temporary; one could go home to rest before looking for a job again. It could also be hepatitis – if it doesn’t improve in a short time, antiviral and enzyme-lowering drugs should be taken, continuously until recovery is achieved :)
It is illegal for the company to refuse to sign a contract on this grounds. The Ministry of Health stipulates that liver function shall not be used as a criterion for employment screening. What happened after that?
If it’s not a particularly good large organization, it’s better to choose another one; it’s easy to face discrimination there as well
One of the requirements for employment is to be in good health; this is common knowledge in society. Why is the original poster so troubled by it? If we are sick, we go to get treated; once we are cured, we return to work. Don’t overreact; this has nothing to do with discrimination. Companies are collective organizations, and HR is responsible for the well-being of the majority. Moreover, most people don’t want to be around those who have infectious diseases, as there is anxiety regardless of whether such diseases are contagious or not. Besides, HR can’t possibly go against all the employees just for you, right? If you put yourself in their shoes and think calmly, you’ll be able to understand the company’s approach.
