2019 (16th) China Carbonate Industry Annual Conference and Forum on Technology Development and Industrial Progress of the Chinese Carbonate Industry Chain
Thread Content
After more than 20 years of development, China’s carbonate industry has established a relatively complete industrial chain. However, the industry still faces issues such as insufficient innovation capabilities and the need to improve economic efficiency; the traditional development model can no longer be sustained, and there is an urgent need to extend the industrial chain and expand downstream markets. Since the beginning of this year, with the development of new energy vehicles, the demand for electrolyte solvents used in power batteries has continued to rise. The commissioning of non-phosgene-based polycarbonate projects introduced from abroad and developed domestically in China will also drive demand for dimethyl carbonate. In the future, enterprises that master advanced production technologies, accurately grasp new market trends, and operate in a more standardized manner will gain more market opportunities. To further accelerate the technological and market development of industries related to carbonates, to extend the industrial chain, and to promote technological progress and sustainable development in China’s carbonate industry, with the strong support of various member organizations, China Chemical Industry News will hold the 2019 (16th) China Carbonate Industry Annual Conference and Forum on Technology Development and Industrial Growth in the Carbonate Industry in Suzhou from September 23-24, 2019. Themed around \"Technological Innovation,\" this forum focuses on advanced production processes, with an emphasis on industry development trends such as material diversification, carbonate solvents, polycarbonates, and lithium battery electrolytes. It aims to analyze the key issues and challenges in the industry as well as its future development trends. I.
