Responsibilities of production operators: 1. Operate strictly in accordance with process requirements, carry out various procedures promptly, and address any abnormalities immediately； 2. Follow the safety operating procedures for production; pay close attention to the key safety aspects related to one’s shift in order to ensure a zero-accident rate. 3. Complete production tasks strictly in accordance with technical requirements, earnestly implement safety management systems, operate in compliance with established procedures, and fulfill daily production tasks as required by the workshop’s management system in order to maintain quality. 4. Carry out routine operations related to the reaction kettle, such as switching raw material inlet and outlet pipelines, controlling the production process on-site and via DCS, while also ensuring proper 6S management at the work site. 5. Carry out proper shift handovers, with records that are detailed, clear, and precise. 6. Emphasize team spirit, be willing to cooperate and divide tasks, comply with management instructions, and possess certain coordination and communication skills. Job requirements: 1. A secondary vocational school diploma or above; those with a degree in a chemical-related field and experience in chemical plant operations are given priority. 2. Those who are willing to start from the grassroots level and aim to develop as professionals in the field of fine chemicals are preferred. 3.
