Can manual intervention be carried out in case of fluctuations in the differential pressure of the Texaco burner? If possible, what specific methods are there, and what issues should be taken into account during the process?
It can be adjusted, but only for fine-tuning purposes. If the process burner is severely damaged, manual adjustment won’t be very effective

The oxygen level at the center can be adjusted, and the results are quite good
It doesn’t help much; if the pressure difference has decreased by the time the burner is in its later stages of use, then manual intervention will be ineffective as well.
