Questions regarding registration for the Foundation Examination in Injection Molding

I have a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and am applying for the basic exam; is it necessary to have the stamp of a design institute with qualifications in chemical engineering? 1. Can a design institute without the necessary qualifications submit an application? 2. Can other tasks from the design institute be reported? It clearly states online that a bachelor’s degree certificate is required, with no mention of work experience. Can it be applied for after all?
For the basic exam, one can apply as long as their educational qualifications and major meet the requirements; it has nothing to do with whether one works in a design firm. Similarly, for the specialized exam, it is not necessary to work in a design firm in order to be eligible to take it.
If registration isn’t allowed at that time, what actions can I take to protect my rights?

Can’t work for a company be reported? Does one have to work at a design institute?
