Lately, I’ve felt overwhelmed by negative emotions. I often tell myself that if I’m not happy, I shouldn’t force myself; maybe a change of environment would help. It’s only after entering society that I realize life isn’t easy, so I need to cherish what I have as I go along.

I suggest that the original poster focus on positive hobbies, shift their mindset, discover the beauty in life, and reduce negative energy; otherwise, it will harm them for the rest of their lives
