Basic requirements: At least 5 years of work experience in process and equipment technology management for similar types of installations, a full-time college degree or higher, under 45 years of age, male; those with project experience are given priority. A full-time associate degree or higher in related fields such as chemistry, chemical engineering, or chemical machinery ； 2. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in ethylene plants (or similar chemical plants such as MTO, MTP, propane dehydrogenation), gasoline hydrogenation units, butadiene production facilities, or styrene/ethylbenzene extraction plants ； 3. Familiar with the operational procedures for unit operations in devices such as cracking furnaces, olefin separation units, large-scale compressors, gasoline hydrogenation units, butadiene production units, and styrene/ethylbenzene extraction units ； 4. Those with experience in production operations using SW, LUMMUS, NMP, and GTC processes will be given priority and favorable treatment. Job positions: Team leader, Chief operator. 1. A full-time associate degree or higher, with a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, chemical machinery, or related fields ； 2. At least 3 years of experience in a senior operator role in ethylene plants (or similar chemical plants such as MTO, MTP, propane dehydrogenation), gasoline hydrogenation, butadiene production, or styrene/ethylbenzene extraction processes ； 3. Proficient in operating one or more unit operations, including pyrolysis furnaces, olefin separation, large-scale compressors, gasoline hydrogenation, butadiene production, and styrene/ethylbenzene extraction ； 4. Those with experience in production operations using SW, LUMMUS, NMP, and GTC processes will be given priority and favorable treatment. Job position: Assistant Operator. 1. A full-time associate degree or higher, with a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, chemical machinery, or related fields ； 2.
