Job responsibilities: 1. Prepare process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation flow diagrams (PID); 2. Responsible for the design, verification, and optimization of chemical process aspects related to the project, as well as for the development of conceptual designs and detailed construction drawings for these aspects ; 3. Design of non-standard equipment such as towers, storage tanks, and heat exchangers ; 4. Responsible for determining the technical specifications of process equipment. 5. Responsible for establishing the instrument requirements for the process flow ; 6. Prepare a design plan specification ; 7. Responsible for formulating equipment commissioning plans, preparing commissioning outlines, and overseeing the on-site equipment commissioning process ; 8. Collaborate with other specialties to carry out the corresponding technical tasks, provide design requirements and relevant data for those specialties, be responsible for coordinating design requirements among different specialties, and ensure that the design outputs meet the design input specifications as well as comply with the relevant engineering design standards ; 9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Job requirements: 1. A master’s degree obtained through regular education in chemical process engineering or a related field, with research during the master’s program focusing on the process design of petroleum, natural gas, or coal chemical systems ; 2. Proficient in using AutoCad, ASPENPLUS, and HYSYS software; skilled in process design and other related engineering calculation tools; able to utilize computer software for process simulation as well as the design of heat exchangers and other related components ; 3. Possesses strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, as well as excellent individual work abilities and a team-oriented attitude, and is able to adapt to on-site work.
