Generally, heat transfer oil furnace systems are equipped with the following alarm devices: (1) An overpressure alarm device should be installed at the outlet of the natural circulation vapor boiler； (2) The outlet of liquid-phase forced circulation boilers shall be equipped with low-flow, over-temperature, over-pressure, and low-pressure alarm devices for organic heat carriers ； (3) Flame-heated boilers shall be equipped with an over-temperature alarm for the exhaust gases ； (4) The flash tank, condensate tank, and expansion tank shall be equipped with high liquid level and low liquid level alarm devices; they shall also be equipped with overpressure alarm devices ； (5) The quick discharge valve of the expansion tank and the quick shut-off valve of the expansion tube shall be equipped with operation alarm devices. Purpose of setting up system alarm devices: 1. To emit alarm signals when abnormal conditions such as overheating or overpressure occur in the boiler or certain parts of the system. 2. Remind the operators to make operational adjustments to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
