Prices are rising steadily; have wages gone up?

The per capita disposable income of permanent urban residents across the city is in ten thousand yuan; it generally increases by 6-8% compared to the previous year, with a moderate rise in price levels. The overall consumer price level for urban residents rose by 2.6% compared to the previous year. Among them, prices for food, tobacco, and alcohol rose by 2.2% ； Prices for clothing items rose by 5.0% ； Prices for residential properties rose by 2.9% ； Prices for household goods and services rose by 3.5% ； Prices in the transportation and communications sector rose by 1.6% ； Prices for education, culture, and entertainment goods rose by 3.1% ； Prices in the healthcare sector rose by 0.8% ； Prices for other goods and services rose by 2.5%. I was wondering, it seems like my salary hasn’t increased much at all ? So how did per capita disposable income increase? Is it only my salary that isn’t going up?
Everyone else’s salary is going up; whether yours and mine go up or not doesn’t make much of a difference.
