(3) Graduated from a technical secondary school (high school), with over ten years of experience in professional and technical work, and having held an assistant position for at least four years. (4) Those with a junior high school education or lower must have worked in professional and technical fields for more than 15 years and held an assistant position for more than four years. II. List of submission materials 1. “Professional and Technical Position Evaluation Form” (two copies for intermediate and junior levels), attached form (one copy) ； The section on main work achievements in the main form should be filled in in detail and specifically. 2. The main contributor to projects that have won the fourth prize in science and technology advancement or the Spark Program, or the third prize or above at the provincial or ministerial level in these areas; or the main contributor to projects that have won the second prize or above in science and technology advancement at the local (city) level; or the chief technical officer of projects that have been recognized as high-quality products or projects at the provincial or ministerial level. 2. Have published three or more professional and technical papers or monographs in newspapers and journals at the prefecture-level or above. 3. Those who directly oversee the technical work of medium-sized projects or medium-sized key enterprises, and have achieved significant results for two consecutive years or more. 4. Those who achieved outstanding results during their tenure as assistants and were awarded the title of Outstanding Entrepreneur or Advanced Professional and Technical Worker at the district (city) level.
