Is it feasible to install a waste steam recovery system for 3 boilers with a capacity of 220 t/h, along with 3 deaerators having a capacity of 230 t/h? What are the benefits?

The main methods for recovering waste steam are as follows: 1. Indirect heat exchange recovery: This involves using various types of heat exchangers to carry out indirect heat exchange with the refrigerant in order to achieve condensation and recovery. Its advantages include no direct contact with the material involved and no pollution. Disadvantages: High resistance, requires back pressure, and demands a high pressure for the waste steam. 2. Induction mixing absorption recovery: In this method, low-temperature water is mixed with waste steam through a special venturi device to produce high-temperature water. Advantages: No back pressure, no vibration, and high absorption efficiency. Disadvantages: The waste steam and low-temperature water need to be relatively clean. 3. High-pressure steam induction lifting recovery: Here, high-pressure steam is mixed with low-pressure waste steam through a special venturi device to generate medium-pressure steam. Advantage: Steam can be utilized directly. Disadvantages: Both the steam pressure and the amount of waste steam need to be stable. For the recovery of deaerator waste steam, the second method is recommended.
